I understand that the prices quoted on this website are in CZK and check with Prague ticket prices as they have been defined by venues /organizers/ themselves.
I also understand that the term "best category location" for the three Prague opera houses customarily includes the whole orchestra (parterre), the first balcony central stall, and front seats in boxes on the ground floor and first balcony.
However, in the event the requested location for a requested performance has been sold out I wish to be informed what other seating is available and the difference in price.
With regard to opera and other tickets, a customarily accepted booking fee of CZK 120 a ticket (about EUR 4 - US$ 6 - GB£ 3.5) is always added to Prague ticket price.
I understand that the tickets are refundable only in the event that the requested programme has been changed by the theatre. Such refunds are naturally possible only prior to the commencement of the concert.
I understand that tickets cannot be left at the door as Prague theatres do not offer such a service. Therefore, tickets will be delivered to my Prague hotel the night before performance at the latest, for which a delivery fee of CZK 240 (approx. EUR 8.5 - US$ 12 - GB£ 7) will be charged. If the tickets are to be mailed by registered mail to my address instead, a handling fee of CZK 240 (approx. EUR 8.5 - US$ 12 - GB£ 7) will be charged, except from the postage. If the tickets are to be delivered by messenger in front of the theatre 30 minutes before performance, a delivery fee of CZK 500 (approx. EUR 18 - US$ 25 - GB£ 15) will be charged.
VAT is always included in the said prices.
With regard to accommodation in Prague, prices quoted on this website are in EUR and correspond to Prague hotel rack rates. Furthermore, no agency commission fee will be charged. Moreover, RKM is pleased to offer some special discounts. If I book now, no accommodation fee will be charged; I will pay to the Hotel directly, after arrival.
