I understand that the quoted ticket prices are in EUR and always refer to the "best category location" as it has been defined by venue itself. I also understand that the term "best category location" for the three Prague opera houses customarily includes the whole orchestra (parterre), the first balcony central stall, and front seats in boxes on the ground floor and first balcony.
However, in the event the "best category location" for a requested performance has been sold out I wish to be informed what other seating is available and the difference in price. RKM /Stone Bell Series will provide me with the best seating available.
With regard to opera and other tickets, prices quoted on this website correspond to Prague ticket price plus a handling fee of 4 Euros a ticket. Exchange rate 1 Euro = 27 CZK has been applicated.
I understand that the tickets are refundable only in the event that the requested programme has been changed by the theatre. Such refunds are naturally possible only prior to the commencement of the concert.
I understand that tickets cannot be left at the door as Prague theatres do not offer such a service. Therefore, tickets (along with any CDs, wine case or photographs that have been ordered) will be delivered to my Prague hotel the night before performance at the latest, for which a delivery fee of EUR 9 will be charged.
With regard to accommodation in Prague, prices quoted on this website are in EUR and correspond to Prague hotel rack rates. Furthermore, no agency commission fee will be charged. Moreover, RKM /Stone Bell are pleased to offer me some special discounts. If I book now, no accommodation fee will be charged; I will pay to the Hotel directly, after arrival.
